What's on Terry's Turntable

What’s on Terry’s Turntable was originally going to be some personal ramblings about music, food, books and general stuff. The good news – it still is. The less than good news is that I put together four or five Spotify playlists and then one day, they disappeared. And now they’re back. That was a close call.

Most of this music is what I consider mainstream. I’ll save the esoteric, I’m so cool you’ve never heard of these band’s playlist for later.

Here’s a little bit about each playlist.

500 songs. One of my favorite bands, Wussy, put together an amazing playlist. I thought I could do something similar. Then I thought I could do something in a chronologically haphazard sort of way. Kind of a 50’s, 60’s, 70’s etc sort of thing. And then once I hit 500, well, the whole thing got away from me. I suggest putting it on random and turn it up.

Wussy/Ass Pony’s. One of my favorite bands. Here’s a short playlist of some of my favorites. If you’re looking for this playlist and can’t find it, well, neither can I. Yet.

DOMA Turntable. Some Old School hip hop lite. Not really sure why I put this together. Then again, why not?

DOMA Turntable 2. 60’s music did not suck.

GOOD Music. Train wreck of a playlist, but a decent variety of music and some pretty good tunes.

I’ll be making a new summer playlist, so stay tuned.
